匯集各地不同界別的人才、融合兩地及國際專業界別的交流及扶助年輕專才的發展是「青年專業聯盟」的宗旨。有賴各個專業界別的協助，青年專業聯盟於2012年8月24日正式成立， 並於2012年9月5日假灣仔瑞安中心召開記者招待會，為青年專業聯盟正式運作揭開序幕。
- •當中包括教育界、建築、測量及都市規劃界、會計界、法律界、資訊科技界、金融服務界、文化創意界、及醫護界的專才，
- •協助會員於兩地及國際的專業團體充分利用青年專業聯盟跨界別專才的優勢，擴濶及提升他們的專業知識和資格，使會員獲得更卓越的成就。
- •同時，聯盟亦致力協助年輕專才的專業發展，促進他們跨地區跨界別的交流及進修，在推動他們個人發展外，亦加強中港兩地各專業界別的學術及知識交流。
- •舉例： 以往的建築、測量及都市規劃界過於微觀，以致在國內發展往往遇到很多阻滯，所以青年專業聯盟特別推廣跨界別的交流，增強會員的競爭力。
